Want to help a greyhound but can’t adopt right now? Consider
our sponsor program. Twenty-five dollars per month will help support
a dog awaiting its new home. All dogs in Ohio Greyhound Placement’s
program are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, wormed,
groomed, and given any additional medical treatment as needed. Each
dog receives individual attention to begin its transition from track
life to home life, and is expertly evaluated for temperament and personality.
A dog stays with us for as long as necessary...that may be as short
as 2-3 weeks or as long as several months. We do not place dogs just
to make room or to fill applications; we take great care to match the
right dog with the right family. Sponsoring a dog will help with the
many expenses incurred. You can select a dog to sponsor, or we will
be happy to select one for you. You will be given a profile of your
sponsor dog and will receive regular updates.
Ohio Greyhound Placement is a registered 501(C)(3) organization. All
donations are deductible.
